1. The service
Revynto is a software service, owned and operated by Grow Tech Pvt. Ltd. (growtech.com.np), that helps you manage Google Business Profile reviews: syncing them into one inbox, drafting replies with AI, and publishing replies you approve back to Google. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must own or be authorised to manage any Google Business Profile you connect, and you're responsible for keeping that authorisation current — for example, revoking Revynto's access from your Google account if you no longer want it connected.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use Revynto to post spam, deceptive, or unlawful content to Google, or content that violates Google's own Business Profile content policies.
- Don't connect a Google Business Profile you don't own or aren't authorised to manage.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- You remain responsible for every reply you approve or that automated replies publish on your behalf — AI drafts are suggestions, and replies are published under your business's name.
4. Connecting your Google account
Connecting a Google Business Profile or signing in with Google requires you to grant Revynto access via Google's OAuth consent flow. That access, and your use of Google's services generally, is also governed by Google's own Terms of Service. We only request the access described in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke it at any time from your Google account settings.
5. Plans & billing
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Growth, Enterprise) bill through Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and Merchant of Record, monthly or yearly. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. When a paid plan expires it reverts to the free plan automatically — your data is retained. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Third-party services
Revynto depends on Google's APIs and other providers (payments, hosting, AI). We aren't responsible for interruptions caused by those services, though we'll always work to restore functionality quickly.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of Google's APIs. On deletion, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revynto's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
